## Acquisition and edition

Automated acquisition price: 10 USDC on Base, seller total including applicable tax, initially US-only under the existing seller tax/accounting process. The payment purchases delivery of this specific hash-identified edition, not per-run access or a subscription. Verified human access to the same edition is free, without an account. The existing children's games remain free and unchanged. Automated acquisitions must use the published paid endpoint; do not automate the human-verification route.

The access service provides download recovery and corrections to this edition for 30 days after acquisition. Retained copies may continue to be used. Future editions, perpetual updates, model usage, hosting, integration, support SLAs and independent validation are not included. A failed or duplicate charge/delivery should be reported for recovery or refund review; mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected. These service commitments apply from launch.

## Permission

To the extent Sunnyday holds the necessary rights, the recipient receives a nonexclusive license to retain, run and modify this edition for internal evaluation, including running their own software agents locally. This is the same use permission for a verified human acquisition and a paid automated acquisition. There is no per-local-run fee. Publish aggregate results and short illustrative excerpts with edition identification, methodology and modifications disclosed. Do not resell or mirror the complete pack or distribute its answer bank. General model-training and redistribution rights are not included; request separate permission. These terms do not claim ownership over public facts or restrict rights independently granted by law or another applicable license.

## Limitations

Synthetic tasks and scripted reference results provide decision support for software testing. They are not certification of agent safety, educational effectiveness, general intelligence or real-world fitness. No child data is included. Source visibility permits answer inspection, so report this as transparent evaluation and disclose privileged access. Software is supplied as-is without a promised performance outcome, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Assess results independently before consequential use. No statement here guarantees legal immunity or replaces applicable law.
