A transparent local regression pack for developers testing structured-observation agents against speed, pickup, timing and shared-resource constraints. Includes 40 scenario configurations representing 22 tasks over 12 reused physical layouts, a bounded JSONL runner, replay checks and scripted reference results. Requires Node.js 24 or later. Source and answers are inspectable; this is not a private intelligence benchmark. No real model calls or children's data are included.
