Shell3D is a pre-production product from Sunnyday Technologies LLC. Pre-orders are interest-only: registering tells us you want one and holds your place in line, and no payment is collected.

No money changes hands at this stage. There is no deposit, no card, and no charge. Registering creates no obligation for you to buy or for Sunnyday to sell. Pricing and paid-ordering terms will be published before any payment is ever requested. Contact [email protected] any time.

Product

Shell3D is one product: a cast-concrete thermal base with an aluminum heat-spreading core, in the signature deep-red cast finish.

Custom pedestals, multi-host formats, alternate finishes, and host-fit edge cases are not offered as products; email [email protected] to discuss. Shell3D is passive — no electronics or software.

Payments And Refunds

No payment is collected for a pre-order, so there is nothing to refund. Sunnyday holds no customer funds for Shell3D.

If and when paid ordering opens, pricing, refund, and cancellation terms will be published here before any charge is made, and registered pre-orders will be invited — never charged automatically. You can remove yourself from the list at any time by emailing [email protected].

Pricing And Shipping

Pricing is preliminary and has not been finalized. Full price, taxes, shipping, customs, or special handling will be published and confirmed before paid ordering opens — nothing is owed for registering.

US shipping is the launch scope. International requests should be discussed by email before joining the list.

What Is Included

A Shell3D unit is the cast-concrete pedestal with its embedded aluminum thermal path and a thermal interface kit to couple it to the host on top, plus a quick-start card. There are no electronics, tokens, or software.

The host computer, AI accelerator, display, peripherals, and network hardware are not included.

Fit And Final Review

Shell3D is designed around named host classes, but final fit can depend on model generation, cable routing, and thermal setup. Sunnyday may contact you before paid ordering opens to confirm host details.

If Shell3D is not appropriate for your host, Sunnyday will say so before you are ever asked to pay.

What It Is

Shell3D is a passive cast-concrete pedestal that a local AI host sits on top of, designed for passive thermal diffusion and a stable, grounded base. It contains no electronics or software and makes no security, anti-theft, fire-resistance, compliance, or insurance claim. Thermal-performance figures will be published once measured on production hardware.

Register at shell3d.com/get-shelled and you instantly get a personal referral link to share. When someone places an eligible order through your link and that payment clears, both of you receive a one-time 10% discount.

  • Status. Open now. Get your link today; the 10% is honored if and when paid ordering opens and an eligible order completes.
  • The offer. A one-time 10% discount, calculated on the order total for a confirmed referral, off the final price, for both the referrer and the referee. One per customer, 10% maximum.
  • Confirmed referral. A referral is confirmed when the referred order completes and its payment clears. Cancelled, refunded, failed, or charged-back orders do not count and may reverse a credit.
  • How it is applied. The discount rides on your referral link. There is no code to enter; it is applied automatically where supported by the active checkout link or final invoice process.
  • One per customer. The referee discount is limited to one per customer and one per household, payment method, or shipping address.
  • No self-referral. You may not redeem your own link. Referrals tied to the same customer, card, or shipping address as the referrer are void.
  • Eligible products. Future paid Shell3D orders are eligible unless a specific checkout or invoice says otherwise. Interest-only pre-orders carry no charge, so the discount applies when an order is actually paid.
  • Non-stackable. The referral discount cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or credits unless stated.
  • Expiry and limits. Your referral link remains valid through the Get Shelled campaign and the pre-order window. The program is subject to a cap on total discounted units. Unused links have no value.
  • No cash value. Discounts and credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable except through the referral link itself.
  • Changes. Sunnyday Technologies LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate the program, or void any referral it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or abusive, at any time.
  • Void where prohibited. The program is offered only where permitted by law and is void where prohibited or restricted.

Pre-production And Images

Shell3D is in development. Product images on this site are concept renders, not photographs of a finished unit. Specifications, finish, weight, pricing, and dates are preliminary and subject to change. The October 2026 ship target is an estimate, not a promise. Pre-orders are interest-only; these terms may be updated as production details are finalized.
